Gunny – An Amazing Chocolate Lab – Intro

Meet Gunny.  He has an amazing story which you can read about here:  http://gunnysrainbow.com/gunny.html His owner created a beautiful pool room in her home just for him, and then opened it up to other dogs that could also benefit.

Gunny has tons of personality and has been through so much.  Here are just a few images – I’ll share more images of Gunny and his brother Bacchus in the next post.

Make Mine Chocolate – or Adopt a Bunny – or Both

I received an email from the Historical Chocolate Company asking for help with about a promotion they were going to do for the House Rabbit Society in conjunction with an organization called Make Mine Chocolate.  All I can say is, they had me at chocolate.  I was also excited to help call attention to the many homeless rabbits waiting to be adopted.  So, we worked together to create this image for the promotion.

This is Bella, who was lucky enough to be adopted by the owners of the Historical Chocolate Company.

Just like dogs and cats, rabbits are given up to shelters, but unlike dogs and cats, the number of people adopting them is much smaller.  If there is any question about being able to commit to a rabbit for their lifetime, please buy a chocolate bunny instead.  Rabbits do make great pets and if you’ve done the research and are ready to commit, February is Adopt-A-Rabbit month.

Either way, ordering a vintage chocolate bunny from the Historical Chocolate Company is win-win;  you get delicious chocolate and support a great cause.
