I had the honor of photographing therapy dogs from People Animals Love as they visited with young surgical patients at MedStar National Rehabilitation Network. You’ve probably seen the current issue of NOVADog magazine, but if not, you can see it here:
Below are a few additional images. It was so inspiring seeing how interacting with these dogs made the kids smile.
Boswell and Winston were adopted from H.A.R.T.
Their new brother, Nigel, joined them recently and was adopted from Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation.
Together, they make an adorably scruffy family.
Meet LuAnn (aka Lulu). She’s a Dachshund/Beagle mix who was adopted from All Breed Rescue.
This is her sister, Daisy, a cattledog mix who was adopted from Friends of Homeless Animals (FOHA).
