Meet Sam!  Sam was adopted through Lab Rescue of the Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac in December 2008.  His owner has fostered dogs for years – and when she met Sam, she knew he would be staying. He is about 2 1/2 years old and he considers himself quite an athlete!  As you can tell by the photos, Sam LOVES to chase balls and run outdoors!  He also loves meeting new people, going for walks and going for rides in the car. 

He always has fun playing w/other foster dogs from Lab Rescue.  Lab Rescue has lots of dogs waiting to find new homes!  For more information about Lab Rescue go to www.lab-rescue.org.

We recently met Cosmo, a 12 year old yellow lab, and photographed him with his family.  He is such a sweet dog with a lot of great expressions and a master of relaxation.   Here are some of the many gorgeous faces of Cosmo . . .

I love photographing horses.  They are so beautiful and to be out in nature with them just feels good.  Here are a few recent images.

Who knew there were longhorns in Virginia?  A friend of mine did – she is an incredible painter who specializes in painting longhorns.  You have to see her work to believe it – go to http://www.dejavuimpressions.com/.  (BTW, she also does commissions for other animals as well.)
