‘Tis the season to get behind in blogging while keeping up with the holiday orders. Thank you for everyone who stops by. Below are a few of the portraits that we took at our last portrait event of the year at the Olde Towne Pet Resort. This first dog is owned by someone who plays in a band – so we wanted to incorporate the guitar in some of the images.
This is Freddie, a newly rescued terrier mix who had a ton of energy. This image was taken at the end of the session.
Meet Abby and Baxter. They are wonderful bearded collies we’ve photographed before – they even have their own coffee table book. We didn’t intend on photographing them on this day, but they came in for grooming so I had the idea to do “before” and “after shots”. So, here they are. The wonderful grooming was done by Kim Roman at The Olde Towne Pet Resort in Springfield, VA.
I knew Spanky would look great outside so we started inside, then went out into the parking lot to see what we could find. We ended up with these images. (He was on a leash the whole time - we retouched it out.)
This is Buster Tyler – we love photographing him – he is so handsome.
Zoe came from H.A.R.T. (Homeless Animals Rescue Team) and now lives in a wonderful home with her sister Sissy.
And this is Emma with her favorite toy monkey.
